The purpose of the Wanderer’s Travel Fit program is to enable you to stick to your commitment to staying fit and
healthy as you travel or stay to busy with everyday adventures. By utilizing this program, you will have three (3)
different options for three (3) separate traveling scenarios. You will have a Muscle Building, Complex Movement,
and Body Weight Exercise list. I will also be including Abdominal workouts. A keto snack travel guide is also attached.
